Ferenc Zákány, CFA       

Ferenc is a partner at Falkenburg Corporate Finance. He has 12 years of investment banking experience. As a member of WestLB’s Central and Eastern European M&A team he was actively involved in M&A and privatization transactions since 2000. Before that he was working with RMC plc responsible for reviewing the performance of the RMC subsidiaries in the Southern and Eastern Europe. In 1998 and 1999, he joined KPMG Corporate Finance team in Budapest and worked on of M&A mandates and valuations in the FMCG, machinery and food processing industries in Hungary, Romania and Serbia.

He earned a M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Miskolc and is a CFA charterholder since 2001.
